Copyright protects creative content – such as text, images, music, film, software, and design. Well-structured agreements are essential to turning these rights into commercial value: you control who may use the work, in what way, where, and on what terms. By defining economic and moral rights clearly, you protect your investment, create revenue opportunities, and reduce risk.
How We Support You
We work with creators, production companies, agencies, publishers, and digital platforms where copyright and neighbouring rights are central. We draft, review, and negotiate, including:
- Licensing and assignment agreements – exclusive/non-exclusive licences, buy-outs, field-of-use and territorial restrictions, term, and chains of title.
- Publishing and release agreements (books, music, games, software, photography) – scope of rights, release terms, and marketing obligations.
- Production and collaboration agreements (film/TV, podcasts, advertising, events, performing arts) – rights clearance, chain of title, credits, and approvals.
- Image, photography, and design rights – usage rights, versions and derivatives, attribution, and model/location releases.
- Employment and consultancy agreements – ownership of works created in service or under contract, moral rights waivers, and non-compete and confidentiality provisions.
- Infringement – where required, we also support you in dispute resolution, negotiations, and settlements – efficiently and with commercial focus.

Domain names are more than just web addresses – they are an extension of your trade mark and a crucial part of your business identity online. This makes it essential to have the right protection and the right strategy in place.
If someone registers a domain name that resembles yours or attempts to benefit from your established brand, it can negatively impact your reputation and trade mark. We help you act swiftly in cases of infringement – whether it involves reclaiming a domain, taking down infringing websites, contacting registrars, or initiating proceedings before dispute resolution bodies.
Our lawyers have extensive experience in domain name–related conflicts and ensure you receive clear, commercially focused support throughout the entire process – both in Sweden and internationally.
When your company’s domain name falls into the wrong hands, or when the boundaries between rights and digital presence become unclear, situations can quickly become complex. That is when we are here for you.
We help you build and manage a sustainable domain name portfolio – from identifying strategic domains to coordinating registrations across jurisdictions. Together, we ensure that your domain structure aligns with your business objectives.
